Qualifications and Experience.
The LL.M. program provided Ms. Urso with a broad range of knowledge regarding various aspects in real estate transactions. The program familiarized Ms. Urso with real estate financing, loan documents, condominium law, leasing, land surveys and title insurance, construction, and environmental law as it pertains to real property development.
While obtaining her LL.M., Ms. Urso worked for the Coral Gables City Attorney’s Office where she had the opportunity to work on a variety of municipal matters including code enforcement, zoning and planning, building permits, and intergovernmental disputes.
Ms. Urso’s experience working with clients in both the private and public sectors, coupled with a background in various areas of real estate law, allows her to effectively handle a variety of legal matters for her clients.
