Justin is a Partner in SKS Legal Group’s Miami office. Justin’s practice is focused on a wide array of clients in complex civil litigation matters involving construction law, liens, personal injury as well as general commercial and business disputes.
Justin specializes in construction related matters ranging from construction defect and delay claims to liens and contract negotiations. With a focus on construction, Justin’s clients include developers, contractors, design professionals, community associations, and business owners.
Justin has also represented landlords and tenants in commercial and residential real property matters ranging from contract and lease negotiations to tenant evictions.
As a native of South Florida, Justin maintains a close bond with the local community. Justin has a passion for the outdoors. In his free time, he enjoys spending time on the water fishing and spear fishing.
